Free Gratitude Journal

Sometimes we forget to be thankful for what we have in our life. We focus on the things that stress us out, whether it’s work or personal life and start worrying about things we can’t control. By bringing attention inwards and focusing on those things that are going well in our life, we can retrain our mind to focus on the positives in our lives.

Whether you write a gratitude journal, or you establish a gratitude what’s app group with some friends, think about 3 things each day you are grateful for. Did a presentation go well? Did you feel the sun on your skin? Did you make someone smile?
