Wellness means something different to everyone – ask your friends and family and everyone will give you a different answer as to what being well means to them.  For me personally, being healthy and well means to have optimal mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. As a coach, I want my clients to achieve their own “optimum”.

As a Health and Wellness Coach, I:

My speciality is to work with athletes and people who enjoy being active, love the outdoors and being in nature, but have lost their energy and mojo.  I support my clients to have the courage and strength to take charge of their own wellbeing, overcome their fears and anxiety, so they can confidently explore their dreams and achieve progress towards peak performance.

To get there, I help my clients to develop new sustainable habits through a simple and proven step by step process.

This is the most personalised service I offer, and provides maximum accountability and results. After an introductory one on one session we will tailor a program specific to your needs.

One Day Workshops
