You know things need to change – and you know you can’t do it alone. You’re ready to commit and take responsibility to improve your health and happiness. This 12 week program will kickstart your journey to create new healthy habits and boost your confidence.
This program is designed to help you identify your strengths and values, as well as strategies to make the changes needed to become the version of yourself you want to be.
Changing habits takes time, and twelve weeks is the minimum timeframe for new routines to turn into recurring habits. Being part of this program ensures you will be held accountable for the full time and be best prepared to continue your new lifestyle once the program is finished.

Ignite Your Mojo is a mix of one on one coaching, group sessions, webinars and plenty of activities that will help you get to know yourself, grow yourself and change those areas you want to change.

Ignite Your Mojo will help you gain the courage and confidence to make changes in your life which will in turn lead to improved health and a better life balance. Ultimately we are aiming to raise you to your optimal state of mental, physical emotional and spiritual well being.
The program combines scientifically-proven strategies based on concepts from the fields of neuroscience and positive psychology, as well as incorporating learning’s from registered allied health providers such as exercise physiologist, dieticians etc.
Upon completion of the program, you will have enhanced your knowledge of how to make positive changes in your life and be equipped with a toolbox full of strategies, activities and skills to help you embrace your new habits. This ensures that you can continue your journey forward toward optimum well being even after the program is finished.
