WORKSHOPS

One thing many of my clients have in common is that they’re often lacking a peer network that understands the journey they are on.

Being coached in a group of like minded people with similar goals and challenges, gives you additional support as well as a sounding board to brainstorm ideas together. Working as a team in a safe environment can aid in collectively discovering solutions that will work for you as an individual on your own journey. Learning from each other’s experiences will open new ways of thinking on how to overcome challenges, while having an experienced coach present to guide the conversation.

All my workshops are group workshops, with a maximum of 12 participants.

FACE YOUR FEARS

One of the most common struggles I come across when coaching clients is fear. Fear of trying something new. Fear of change. Fear of injury, especially amongst athletes. Fear of not being good enough. Fear to get out of your comfort zone and be challenged.

Fear occurs and manifests in us in many ways, and this led me to develop my signature workshop, “Face your Fears”. I offer this workshop both online as well as a face to face.

During the workshop you will come to terms with “Fear” and work on strategies to help overcome different types of fear and spark courage.

I offer this workshop both as a  face to face session in Hornsby (Covid rules permitting), as well as online live coaching session via zoom.

INTRODUCTION TO LASTING CHANGE

Introduction to Lasting Change is a 60 minutes entry level workshop aimed at helping you to broadly assess all areas of your health and wellness, and identify if there are any areas you may wish to change.

As well as examining all aspects of your health and wellness, this workshop looks to get you started on your Vision Statement and prepare initial goals to work towards.

This is a great workshop if you aren’t happy with your status quo, but you aren’t quite sure whether you are ready to make changes to your current lifestyle and want to learn more about what coaching has to offer.
